A movie loosely inspired by universal rock artists indulged in dirty media fame, alcoholism and love life.

Janardhan Jakhar (Ranbir Kapoor) a.k.a JJ is buffoonish Haryanvi Boy trying to flirt with Heer Kaul (Nargis Fakhri) a bombshell with Khatiya Tod Jawani.

The first half would make you laugh on JJ's buffoonery in flirting and his struggle to get noticed as a singer. A R Rahman's background score and music compositions will melt your minds.

The young lads dirty image as a Rockstar Jordan spoiled by the media gives him a big hype for his glam & fame.

I wrote all this in bits and pieces hehe, try to connect it by watching the movie its worth.

I want to share this lovely mail that i received from my friend. It really moved me.

One day a farmer's donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn't worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone's amazement he quieted down.

A few shovel loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well. He was astonished at what he saw. With each shovel of dirt that hit his back, the donkey was doing something amazing. He would shake it off and take a step up.

As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up. Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and happily trotted off!

MORAL :
Life is going to shovel dirt on you, all kinds of dirt. The trick to getting out of the well is to shake it off and take a step up. Each of our troubles is a steppingstone. We can get out of the deepest wells just by not stopping, never giving up! Shake it off and take a step up.

Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred - Forgive.

2. Free your mind from worries - Most never happens.

3. Live simply and appreciate what you have.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less from people but more from God.

Broken Milestone

I know guys its been a few days, infact a month since I updated my space. It took a little time to settle down here at DXB. I wanted to update but....some things really kept me busy specially my laziness. The best part is I kissed it goodbye and back to my life of blank thoughts.

The new journey of my career kick-started with a bang! Enjoying to be a part of a lively dedicated team members who are hungry for more. Everyday is a new learning experience. Wish to write a lot but words may not describe those experiences.

Lord Shiva Redefined

I believe every Indian epic, illustrated mythology and 330 million gods have some logic and scientific reasons for their existence.

Shiva (Sanskrit: Auspicious One) is one of the main deities of Hinduism trios (Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh) that is worshipped as the paramount lord by the Shaivaite sects of India. Mahesh, Rudra, Omkareswar, Rameshwar, Mallikarjuna, Bhimashankar…. 1000s of names defining him individually.

Today being an auspicious Maha Shivaratri. Here is my attempt to define Lord Shiva logically.

Basic Appearance and Attributes.

Shiva is shown either in deep meditation in the kailash (Mt. Everest) or in the form of a Dancing God Nataraja. Shiva is 'tri netra' or three eyed, and is 'neela kantha' - blue-necked (having consumed poison to save the world from destruction).Besides, there are a lot many attributes associated with Lord Shiva. Below is my logical reasoning which are collected by reading various scriptures and attempt to know more about ayurvedic healing .

Scientific and Logical Metaphors.

Shiva Tandava (Anandatandava): Fritz of Capra in his article "The Dance of Shiva: The Hindu View of Matter in the Light of Modern Physics," and later in the The Tao of Physics beautifully relates Nataraj's dance with modern physics. He says that "every subatomic particle not only performs an energy dance, but also is an energy dance; a pulsating process of creation and destruction…without end…For the modern physicists, then Shiva's dance is the dance of subatomic matter. As in Hindu mythology, it is a continual dance of creation and destruction involving the whole cosmos; the basis of all existence and of all natural phenomena."

The Cobra Necklace: He consumed the poison to save the world from mass destruction after the samudra manthan. This poison in his throat, gives him the name Neelakantha. In ayurvedic healing a mineral poison is counteracted by an animal poison. This cobra venom is the anti-venom for the poison. The cobra necklace is considered as a first aid.

The Sacred Ganga & Crescent moon: Modern medicine says poison generates immense heat in the body. The Ganga on his head, cools the body and the moon creates tidal waves and helps the steady flow of water.

The Vibhuti: Vibhuti is a three line of ashes drawn on the forehead. Ash as the product of fire is considered intrinsically pure. The cow dung is obtained from the cows that are fed sixteen varieties of medicinal leaves. The dung of these cows are collected after allowing sufficient time for digestion. The collected dung would then be formed into flat cakes and dried in the sun. 108 types of herbs, and twigs ['Samithi'] of high medicinal value are used in the homa in which the dried dung cakes are added. Six types of medicinal leaves are burnt along with these. So this defines a medicinal value.

Tiger Skin*: Lord Shiva stays high in the cold mountains in search of medicines and some say he is in search of peace, the animal hide helps in keeping his body warm. As the tigers are considered as ferocious, other wild animals may reconsider before attacking him.

Ganja**: (marijuana or cannabis sativa): It is said Lord enjoys ganja and this is being misused by many shiva followers . The ancient drug soma, mentioned in the Vedas, was sometimes associated with cannabis. Britain have been struggling to demonstrate the merit of drugs derived from marijuana, others have agitated for legalisation of the plant itself. The ayurveda uses this wonder drug (not in its actual form) in many of its medicinal preparations.

I could go on and on to define everything associated, with logic and scientific reasonings…. And lets modern science prove and provide us with such mystifying theories. I would request you to enlighten me with your comments and your contributions to this topic. And please share the link to your friends and relatives if you find this useful.

Demeaning Job

Well to say I have been in this job for more than a week now. Hmmm people in here are very kind hearted, helpful and all that. But I can already tell you that it totally sucks and this is not what I'm meant for. Looking out for something more challenging!!!

The best part working in Goa is i can hang out with my old friends after hours. In short having fun filled days before actual professionalism...

Shaiju Mathew : A feature

Shaiju Mathew is the author of the most anticipated novel of the year, ‘Knocked Up.’ Most anticipated because no other book in the recent history has created such curiosity and interest in the minds of the readers. People who got a glimpse of the same on Facebook says its an ultimate story about friendship, love and fulfilling dreams told in a very simple and hillarious way. He has a huge fan following over the social networking site 'Facebook'.

'Knocked Up' was released in UAE by Richbull Marketing in a limited authored signed edition of 500 copies to raise funds for a charity and the good news is that the entire lot of 500 was exhausted in 7 days flat and still there are more demands for the book by prospective readers due to word of mouth publicity.

On asking him how does it feel after releasing Knocked Up to such a thunderous response he says, “I am feeling great and honoured that my work has been liked by so many people and we are also able to raise funds for the charity that my mother believes in” with a satisfied smile on his face.

However, the journey of a simple boy from Pune to the most promising author of his generation was not a very easy task for Shaiju. He says about his journey as “the most exciting time of his life.” Shaiju had to face many hurdles before he decided to publish his own work so that he could do maximum justice to the book and also bring about awareness among the general public about his book via extensive promotions for which he chose the social networking site ‘Facebook’. “When I started out promoting my work, I got tremendous response from many people who liked my synopsis and the sample chapters that I circulated to gauge the pulse of the reading crowd” he says with a smile.

Shaiju Mathew says he is a true blue Pune boy who loves Pune and the people out here. He was born and brought up in Pune. He studied in St. Joseph’s Boys High School, Khadki and also did his MBA in HR from the acclaimed Pune University. “Pune is the best place in this world as I have so many beautiful memories of my childhood and growing up years here” he reminisces about his childhood days and also confirms his liking for Pune. He further adds “Pune is the base of my story and all the events that take place in my book are situated in Pune. Pune is the cultural capital of Maharashtra and has its own unique place in the history books too.”

Shaiju although a Malayali likes to be known as a Punekar and prefers Maharashtrian dishes over South Indian fare he says “Although I respect my own culture I somewhere feel that I am a true Maratha from my heart and soul. My favourite dish is saadi varan and amti bhaath, I even love Puran Poli and my weakness is Shrikhand Puri and Sabudana Wada.”

On asking what he misses the most about Pune as he is based in Bangalore now, he says "I miss Ganesh Chaturthi and all the festivals celebrated here as I have so many memories of these festivals. I still remember that during Ganesh Chaturthi I and my friend Praveen used to decorate the space where we used to keep the idol in his house and also prepare for the puja. I was well versed with all the Ganesh Aarti’s and used to sing them. During Diwali apart from bursting crackers I alongwith my group of friends used to build ‘Killa’ with clay and bricks and decorate it with small idols of Shivaji Maharaj and his soldiers... Oh those were the days” he remembers.

Being an accomplished singer he tried to make his career in singing which took him to the south as there were more opportunities, however, he couldn’t make it big there due to heavy competition and due to a throat injury. However his other passion that was for writing still stuck to him which helped him explore totally another creative field. He says, “ I have no regrets about my failed singing career because I will make a comeback soon and pursue singing with full dedication. However, writing was always there in me as I used to write diaries when I was a kid and also wrote short stories and poems which were my base for writing novels.”

Shaiju has also been writing articles for few magazines and entertainment portals as a freelancer. He also has his own blog where he pens his thoughts and there are many people who like what he writes. “Blogging was something I started and then stopped in the middle but I resumed it again after my friends coerced me to do so. Even my first book was published because of my friend Praveen who encouraged me and forced me to finish the book and get it printed” he laughs loud and continues “I got so many good people who guided me and helped me in accomplishing my dream especially Mr. Aditya Kripalani – author of Backseat and Mr. Vasant Kamat – CEO of Dolphin Publications and also my creative team which comprises of Jasmin, Sakhi, Vikram, Shrijit and Mohit.”

Shaiju’s debut work ‘Knocked Up’ is a simple story of three best friends Sid, Ron and Prateik who are teenagers living in Pune. They are directionless in their life and are trying to find a meaning to their existence. The story is very simple and humorous. The comedy is not forced but situational. Shaiju describes this coming up of age story as a modern version of R.K. Narayan’s ‘Swami and Friends.’ “Anyone and everyone who got a chance to read my book even before its official release in India has compared the book to ‘Malgudi Days’, ‘Swami and Friends,’ ‘3 Idiots’ and Sue Townsends ‘Adrian Mole’ series. There has also been a section of readers who compared it to Chetan Bhagat’s style of writing. All these feedbacks have made me feel proud of my book and I am sure everyone would definitely like it.”

Shaiju has also started his own Publication “Magic Moments” which will promote not only new and old authors but also other creative people who are involved in the process of making a book. He says, “A novel is a team effort. A TEA-RRIFIC Experience

Finally got time to update...

Was on an interview rush with Harrisons Malayalam Ltd (tea plantations)(RPG Group) !!!

They follow a strict procedure of scrutiny.... You will literally burn your ass out. Once you clear the written, GD and PI you are sent for an extension interview on one of their estates. I was sent to their Vandiperriyar (Moongalaar estate) for 3 days...

Man its an awesome place... Breathtaking environment and you are one with the nature's creativity.

We were put up with the estate manager's bungalow (2 other job seekers). We had to visit the estate its nursery and the CTC tea factory to know the planting and replanting processes, the weeding and pest control, the land maintainance, Employee welfare, all the aspects of labour management and the entire factory processes from procurement of the leaves from garden till the packing...

In a coconut shell (nut shell would be too small) every thing about tea plantations. Finally on the last day we had to submit the report on what we have learned to the estates group manager and he cross questions us with his expertise on the technical aspects (How deep is the re plantation pit, what is the cure for fungal attacks...)

It was like asking a 2 year old kid "What is mating?", If i could have grasped everything i have seen and or heard from my childhood i wouldn't have been here in this position...

Then the group manager sends the report on us along with our shabby handwritten report (my handwriting is realllly.... beautiful you see) to the head office and we are asked to attend the final interview with the chief of HR and the operations head of Tea division...

The final interview was really cool and i fucked it up!!! I guess they are judging how tough you are and your qualities of quick learning.

The final results are still awaited!!!!

PS: If you are looking for a job in plantations make sure

You have a good aptitude
An interest to learn something new every day
Leave back all your social life or updated with the outside world (plantations are in the remote areas)

You will receive a good salary all the fringe benefits, a beautiful bungalow, servants, a bike etc etc.

If someone says estate life is just sipping a hot cup of tea relaxing and you do nothing other than enjoying the natural beauty... Think over it again.

I would say it was a TEA-RRIFIC Experience!!!

Let me make a clear introduction of my life, first up I have faced many ups and downs. I have never been such good person; everyone in this world commits mistakes and I have made a fair share of mistakes believe me. I will pay for it or maybe I’m already paying for it each day.

Interviewer: 'Did you meet many people in your last job?

DuDo: "Yes" Of course I met people. What a pointless question. my resume talks about my last job. " I met many corporates in my last job, as a business development manager before my post graduation"

Interviewer: 'Have you ever had to deal with a difficult customer?'

DuDo: Good, that's easy. "Oh yes, lots of times."

Interviewer: 'What kinds of problems did you have to deal with?'

DuDo: "Oh, all kinds." Try selling a webspace ads to the traditional businessmen, grrrrhh.. Too many to name.  Think of one quick. "I once had to deal with a customer who had questioned why should i advertise on your site? You yourself will click on to my ads and use up all my ad impressions in a day"

DuDo: Dont you have any other question? don't you know all the candidates make up these things on the spot? "I'm patient, I'm well organised, practical and I'm punctual" Do you want more?

DuDo: Give the job 1st for gods sake then i will think of switching "Sir if you are providing me a good package i will definitely stick on to this job"

Interviewer: 'All right.  Now, is there anything you'd like to ask me?'

This mantra should be followed by every individual. But in reality one has responsibility but does not have accountability. This is a man’s weakness and this results to disappointments.

‘Commitment’ the energy of one’s life and brings in excellence in whatever he does. He should not deviate from his path he has decided. “One always finds his destiny on the way he tries to avoid it”.

But we should never forget commitment never means '~~Stuck~~' We should always try swimming in new waters. Without challenges life is shallow.

Fellow followers you might have seen my earth day, environment 350 challenge and save tiger promotional campaigns. This time on the environment day special DuDo is proud to participate in a contest run by blogadda in association with pringoo: ‘Conserve. Recycle. Discover’.

Conserve:

The feeling of conservation should come from within. Being a nature lover, I would say apart form tigers pandas there are many other endangered species of flora and fauna, which are bidding a sad farewell form humans. One such bird is common sparrow, which is hardly common these days. This is because of the rise of concrete jungle. Design and plant a garden or window box, full of flowers that attracts birds, butterflies, and other animals to your yard. Make a bird feeder for your local feathered friends. And let them quench their thirst and satisfy their hunger in this extreme heat.

A Small step to conserve paper: avoid printed receipts form you ATMs. You could always update it from your bank on your pass book.

Participate in the government schemes to save energy: One such Is the initiative by Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) with Phillips. To give 2 CFL bulbs with exchange of 2 60W bulb and 30/-

Conserve water plant a tree are the most common thing you can do. If you think out of the box you could always find something new. Say a big NO to the clothes or objects made of ivory, tortoise shell, coral, or reptile skins. They come from endangered animals or plants.

Eat and drink smart : If you eat meat, add one meatless meal a week. Meat costs a lot at the store-and it's even more expensive when you consider the related environmental and health costs. Skip bottled water. Purify it with a filter or Equipments like aquaguard.

Recycling being a key concept of modern management, One should find innovative ways to use old products. Buy Handmade crafts made from recycled products, an initiative by UNICEF and CRY, support them indirectly.

100th post - Hmm a milestone

Hi guys dis is my 100th post, I finally decided to make you laugh rather than my philosophies and serious stuffs. These were few funny forwards which i received. Being a management student. I remember this and wish to share with you all.

MANAGEMENT LESSON 1:

A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A small rabbit saw the crow, and asked him, "Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?" The crow answered: "Sure, why not." So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested. All of a sudden, a fox appeared, jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story is:
To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very, very high up.......

MANAGEMENT LESSON 2:

When the body was first made, all the parts wanted to be Boss.
The brain said, "I should be Boss because I control the whole body's responses and functions."
The feet said, " We should be Boss as we carry the brain about and get him to where he wants to go.
" The hands said, "We should be the Boss because we do all the work and earn all the money.
"And so it went on and on with the heart, the lungs and the eyes until finally the asshole spoke up.
All the parts laughed at the idea of the asshole being the Boss.
So the sshole went on strike, blocked itself up and refused to work.
Within a short time the eyes became rossed, the hands clenched, the feet twitched, the heart and lungs began to panic and the brain fevered.
Eventually they all decided that the asshole should be the Boss, so the motion was passed.
All the other parts did all the work while the Boss just sat and passed out the shit!

Moral of the story is:

You don't need brains to be a Boss - any asshole will do

MANAGEMENT LESSON 3:

A little bird was flying south for the winter. It was so cold, the bird froze and fell to the ground in a large field. While it was lying there, a cow came by and dropped some dung on it.
As the frozen bird lay there in the pile of cow dung, it began to realize how warm it was.
The dung was actually thawing him out!
He lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing for joy.
A passing cat heard the bird singing and came to investigate.
Following the sound, the cat discovered the bird under the pile of cow dung, and promptly dug him out and ate him!
Remember here there are 3 morals

a) Not everyone who drops shit on you is your enemy.
b) Not everyone who gets you out of shit is your friend.
c) And when you're in deep shit, keep your mouth shut!

How old were you when you started writing?

I started penning poems and short stories from my schooldays. Hmm maybe I was around 12 – 13 years old.

Why did you choose writing as a career?

I started writing poems and stories when I was a kid but I didn't pursue writing as a career. I started writing articles for few entertainment related magazines and websites as I love our Hindi Film Industry and I used to do that as a hobby. I used to maintain a diary and one day a friend of mine chanced to read one of my old diaries and he said that the situations are so funny and real why dont I share it with the world in the form of a book and thus 'KNOCKED UP' was born. Basically I love weaving stories and I think I am a better story teller now.

What was the inspiration behind your first novel, Knocked Up?

My childhood experiences and the days spent with my friends.

Are the characters in the books based on someone you know or its a fiction?

Its based on the situations that I along with my best friends faced during our growing up days. Few are facts and lots are fiction. On a lighter note I dont want to invite any controversy here (laughs) so I plan to put a disclaimer on the book.

What was the hardest part about writing, Knocked Up?

Nothing. The story was already there in my head when I started writing it just flowed out and in 20 days flat I was ready with the first draft.

Can you describe your entire book in one word, and tell us why did u choose it?

Its difficult to describe the entire book in one word... Let me try... HILLARIOUS or just plain KNOCKEDUP but that's two words... lets remove the space in between to make it one word. Childhood is something which we are blessed with only once and I wanted to relive my childhood days once again and that's why KNOCKED UP took shape. Some people write diaries and some keep scrapbook as memories but I wrote this book so that whenever I feel nostalgic I can read my book.

Tell us something about the book?

KNOCKED UP is a light hearted situational comedy or should I say a entertainer which has every emotion in right doses. It is a feel good story and most of us will definitely identify with the story and situations as most of us would have encountered the same in our life. KNOCKED UP will definitely put a smile on your face and there is no tension or thought provoking message in it. The only message I want to give my readers is 'FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS' and never kill the child in you.

Tell us about the novel's main character ?

There are three main characters and they are as confused about their life as any teenager is and every adult feels that children dont have any tensions in life as they dont have to fend for themselves nor they have to think about anythingelse other than studies but thats not the case. Every teenager is bogged down with a lot of problems and tensions other than studies like love life, career to choose, living upto their parents expectations etc...

Do you have any other projects you're currently working on?

As I said I am a story teller and I have many stories lying in my pandora box (my brain) to be told to the world. I would be coming out with a sequel to KNOCKED UP called KNOCKED UP AGAIN and there are few more drafts lying with me which I would be developing very soon under my publication 'Magic Moments Publications'.

Why did you turn a self publisher? Is it because you didn't find any takers for the book?

No that's not the case. I approached a lot of publishers and I got a lot of positive response from them. I even signed a contract with one of the premier and prominent publication however I felt that they were not able to do justice to my book the way I wanted. Moreover my brother who already has an e-book publishing house was toying with the idea of launching hardbound books to the market. We formed 'Magic Moments' to bring out a series of books covering various genres and we wanted a bestseller to establish our publication in the market so we jointly decided to bring out 'KNOCKED UP' under the Magic Moments flagship to establish our publication as well as promote the book the way we wanted to.

Who are your favorite writers?

I love old English writers like Shakespeare, Jane Austin, William Thackeray, Charles Dickens etc and in Indian writers I love Munshi Premchand, Tagore and Sharat Chandra Chattopadhyay. In the current lot I love Chetan Bhagat's work also Ruskin Bond (although he is not from the current lot however his stories are still young and fresh)

What advice would you give to budding writers today?

Follow your dreams there will be many obstacles but you need to stay determined and things will fall in place.

DuDo was very depressed about his life.. But one day at his philosophy class his sensei told him a story. A Story about great KING SOLOMON who inspired him to move on.

It is dedicated to the extremely depressed souls and happy ones too. :)

The story goes like this:

One day Solomon decided to humble Benaiah ben Yehoyada, his most trusted minister. He said to him, "Benaiah, there is a certain ring that I want you to bring to me. I wish to wear it for Sukkot which gives you six months to find it."
"If it exists anywhere on earth, your majesty," replied Benaiah, "I will find it and bring it to you, but what makes the ring so special?"

"It has magic powers," answered the king. "If a happy man looks at it, he becomes sad, and if a sad man looks at it, he becomes happy." Solomon knew that no such ring existed in the world, but he wished to give his minister a little taste of humility.

Spring passed and then summer, and still Benaiah had no idea where he could find the ring. On the night before Sukkot, he decided to take a walk in one of he poorest quarters of Jerusalem. He passed by a merchant who had begun to set out the day's wares on a shabby carpet. "Have you by any chance heard of a magic ring that makes the happy wearer forget his joy and the broken-hearted wearer forget his sorrows?" asked Benaiah.
He watched the grandfather take a plain gold ring from his carpet and engrave something on it. When Benaiah read the words on the ring, his face broke out in a wide smile.

That night the entire city welcomed in the holiday of Sukkot with great festivity. "Well, my friend," said Solomon, "have you found what I sent you after?" All the ministers laughed and Solomon himself smiled.

To everyone's surprise, Benaiah held up a small gold ring and declared, "Here it is, your majesty!" As soon as Solomon read the inscription, the smile vanished from his face. The jeweler had written three Hebrew letters on the gold band: _gimel, zayin, yud_, which began the words "_Gam zeh ya'avor_" -- "This too shall pass."

At that moment Solomon realized that all his wisdom and fabulous wealth and tremendous power were but fleeting things, for one day he would be nothing but dust.

Lesson That DuDo learned:

It means that when your heart is broken, and you feel like you've been punched in the stomach... this moment will soon be in the past and you will find relief in the next moment. Basically, no matter how bad things get, we as human beings have the opportunity to take something from the situation and move forward. We can make positive, healthy choices and overcome difficulties, pain, loss, sadness, grief, negativity, hurt... anything.... and we can have tomorrow. As long as we are alive, then we have the opportunity to turn anything around with the right attitude and course of action. Whether you have a terrible flu; a really bad day at work; or problems knee deep - "This too shall pass" is a powerful mantra that can empower and transport a horrible moment in time into something hopeful and dynamic.

Nothing lasts forever, even misery or joy.

Some watch movies to get entertained, some to kill time and some to learn some thing new and interesting from it. Yes i'm the third type.

I 'm writing about this movie now is...
1. My friend wanted it to read.. well he is also a wonderful blogger read him at The graveyard of my thoughts
2. its is one of my personal favorites and i advice everyone to watch it. And if you have!!!! please watch it again after reading this. I'm sure you will love watching it with a new prospective. I'm waiting for its next sequel Kung Fu Panda 2: The Kaboom of Doom 3D release on June 3, 2011 (its way too ahead [:(] )

An intro: (specially for those who haven't watched it)

Kung Fu Panda is an animated movie that teaches several interesting life lessons, embedded in a predictable storyline. I watched it more than 7 times (call me a Pandarian master, hehe) its ultimate in-terms of both entertainment as well as in depth animation efforts. Dreamworks rules.

In the show, the panda, whose name is Po, was chosen by a wise old turtle, Ooguay, as the dragon warrior to defeat the enemy. Unfortunately, Po was an unlikely character for he was fat and clumsy. He was viewed with much skepticism and doubt by his martial-arts teacher, Shifu, and the Furious Five: Tigress, Monkey, Mantis, Viper, and Crane.

The highlight of the show, at least in my opinion, clearly belonged to the numerous spouts of wisdom and quotes cleverly delivered by the various characters. Animated or not, wisdom can be found anywhere. All you have to do is look and listen with an open mind.

Here are 5 of the wise sayings that I picked up in the movie:

Ooguay: “Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.” :::::: that means "Living In the Now"

Ooguay: “One often meets his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it.” :::::: that means "You Can’t Run Away From Your Destiny"

Tigress: “It is said that the Dragon Warrior can go for months without eating, surviving on the dew of a single gingko leaf and the energy of the universe.”

Po: “Then I guess my body doesn’t know I’m the Dragon Warrior yet. It’s gonna take a lot more than dew, and, uh, universe juice.” ::::::: that means "Your Passion Keeps You Going"

I love to write about my lil monstor n wht i learn from his life n share it with u...

Never ever pretend who you are not.

As a food enthusiast love to "eat with gusto" like he does.

"Take naps when tired and stretches before u rise." It is said the yogasana - surya
namaskar is been inspired by the canines.

"Meet and greet the loved ones when they visit home". This shows them respect to others
and indian culture says "Athithi devo bhava" Visitors are god!!

"Let others always know when they are invading your territory." Tell others directly if
they are crossing there limits

But remember to "be loyal" to others. Never give a chance to loose trust on you.

"Practice obedience." Never say no to others if you can help them.

Always observed he "digs and digs the earth deep", guess he wants wht lies beneath. we should learn to find out the root cause of the problem. get enough information about the matter.

"When someone is having a real bad day, be silent and sit close by and nuzzle gently".
Give a few consoling and show empathy.

"Avoid biting when a simple growl will do." Deal every situation with patience, never show your anger to others it reveals your weakness.

"When you're happy, dance around and wag your tail and entire body" rejoice every victory
you deserve it. Through a party to your loved ones.

"No matter how often you're scolded, don't buy into the guilt thing and pout....run right back and make friends" remember the scoldings are the advices, always be open to others views.

"Keep your ears and eyes open" you may not know from where you learn something new and see interesting things.

"Go for a long walk with joy" Go out socialise meet others, and even go for a walk literally it keeps you healthy.

I'm writing this based on the recent happenings with me. I'm not describing the incidents, but writing this in general

We live in a pathologically dissatisfied world and I'm going to tell you why because we love to compare. Go around the world and you will discover that people aren't happy with their bodies.

Indians want to be fair complexioned like westerners and so buy beauty enhancement stuffs, westerners want to own bronzed bodies like ours and so purchase tanning lotions.

Those with moles have them removed, while who don't surgically implant beauty spots. Some people want to shed some pounds ans some to put on some baby fat to look like a model.

When are we going to stop and simply be happy with how we look? I tell you, we live in a sick world. Yes that sickness is comparison. Take a look at wealth. when we drive our old car, it really suits us fine. In-fact are blessed when the rain pours outside. But the moment we see our own office mate or neighbors, drive his classy 4 wheel drive, we automatically feel like we are third class children of god. Next time we drive our noisy , rusted bumpy car, notice how the defects come out all of a sudden? We feel deprived, dishearten and dispossessed.

Listen carefully. Billgates total assets are worth billions of dollars. Thats more thab the GNP of somesome small countries. Amithabh and Sachin earns Lakhs n lakhs by simply smiling on the TV commercial and other stares just in thousands. MY POINT?

No matter how hard you work, there are people who will be richer than your are. And there will be some people who will be more beautiful, have more money and have more problems.

Try it for once, Stop looking around and don't compare.

Dont compare her nose with yours, don't compare his money with yours, Don't compare friens girlfriend or wife with yours. Stop comparing and start living and you will be happy with your life.

This is crucial, the most difficult thing in the world is to be who you are not. Pretending and trying to be some one else is the official passtime of the human race since history. I don't think dogs, cats and other animals have this problem and the easiest thing in this world to be YOU.

Oh after a long tym m bak to movie reviews....

Hmmm well they both had a gud star cast, but goes dull at the box office... It failed to work its call and gambling charm on critics as well as public.

Karthik (Farhan akthar) a looser in life who is unnoticed by others, until he gets a call from himself. who teaches him how to get the good job, the hot chick (Deepika), the happening life, until he angers him, and ruins everything.

Dont have to write any thing much about it.

Its gud a psychopath movie. Gud attempt for a bollywood movie. Ending was predictable. Farhan did well as the entire focus is on him. Dipika the hot bombshell who had already burnt her finger before and trying to get a new life, played her part well.

My take on this is 7/10

Teen Patti
Another Hollywood movie plot Indianised version of the movie 21 there they try to beat blackjack. here a mathematician Venkat Subramanium Big B) creates an equation that cracks a poker game teen patti. Venkat is invited to the presitigious Cambridge University by Mathematics genius Perci Trachtenberg (Sir Kingsley - excellent actor who played the role of Gandhi) for an award for his contribution to probability theory.

In order to verify the theory he shares it to his junior professor Shantanu (R Madhavan), and three students Aparna aka Apu (Shraddha Kapoor), Sid (Siddharth Kher) and Bikram (Dhruv), all go to a casino and try their hand at the game. They play the game employing the theory and win it. Same as 21. A good masala and a twist in the story towards the end. Hmm not bad. Plz don't compare it with 21. hehe... watch it a gud time pass thats all.

My take on this. 7.5/10

I thought of writing this from a long tym... here i go..

1. You will get a body weather you may like it or not & it will be yours till you exist in this shitty world.
2. You will learn lessons; you may like these lessons or think them as irrelevant and stupid. You have to accept it as you are enrolled in a full-time informal school called life.
3. There are no mistakes, only lessons. Growth in your life is a process of 'trial and error' as a new program coding. The "errors" in the coding are very much important coz you find different ways that don’t work.
4. A lesson (errors in life) is repeated until noticed. When you have rectified it you can go on to the next lesson.
Remember "Errors aren't ever solved, they're just rearranged."
5. Rectifying errors does not end. There is no part of life that does not contain its errors.

the next fact is really the one to ponder on....

6. "There" is no better than "here." When your "there" has become a "here" you will simply obtain another "there" that will, again, look better than "here".
7. Others are merely mirrors of you. You cannot love or hate something about another person unless it reflects to you something you love or hate about yourself.
8. What you make of your life is up to you. You have all the softwares and tools you need, freeware (books, teachers and good friends) Viruses (a bad company), Antivirus (ethics and values) Shareware (your knowledge) and so on... When you install them is up to you. The choice is yours.

Sitting all alone
